Workshop One - Yin Yoga

Yin yoga offers a number of the same general benefits as other styles of yoga—but it’s particularly ideal for releasing stress in the body’s connective tissues and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

The gentle traction and compression held over a long period of time helps to flush out toxins and lubricate the joints while releasing tension in the ligaments, fascia and tendons

It’s also particularly great for tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system  (think: “rest and digest” vs. “fight or flight”), which acts like a “brake” when it comes to stress, and enabling a balanced energy throughout the body.

– Stimulates the meridians (energy channels) bringing balance to the organs in the body
– Improves flexibility and joint mobility
– Calms and balances the mind and body
– Reduces stress and anxiety
– Works deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments)
– Can prepare the practitioner for meditation practice

Workshop Two - Cacao Heart Ceremony

(with Pheonix Dance ) -

Join Stephanie and Pheonix In the Cacao Ceremony Ecstatic Dance.  Sacred Cacao creates connection, opening the heart and awakening the minds eye so that we may feel and hearts wisdom and highest intuition.

CACAO is known to the Ancient Mayan culture as the ‘Food of the Gods’. The active constituent in Cacao is called theobromine, and it also literally translates to the same ‘Food of the Gods’ in Ancient Latin. It has been used for thousands of years in Ceremony and Ritual as a way of Connecting to the Sacred Plant Spirit of the Cacao, a higher source that can give us a greater perspective on life and help us to see our way creatively through challenges and change.

Sacred Chocolate Cacao Ceremonies takes us on a very deep and transformational Shamanic journey.Together in a safe space we reconnect to our source and inner wisdom. The Mayans and alchemists knew how to open the gate to the heart. Now its your turn…
