The venue provides exclusive access to the entire farm and all its facilities during your stay, ensuring a secluded and immersive experience. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND REFUND POLICY

1. Payment in Full via Credit Card: When paying the full amount upfront, please note that 20% of the total payment is non-refundable if you cancel your booking by December 13, 2024. Cancellations made after this date will result in no refund.

2. Full Payment via Bank Transfer:

For those choosing to pay the full amount via bank transfer please first contact on admin@worlddoctor.com to ensure we can confirm and reserve your room preference. On confirmation you can deposit the funds into the following account:

After completing the transfer, please email your payment confirmation to: admin@worlddoctor.com Please note that 20% of the total payment is non-refundable if you cancel your booking by December 13, 2024. Cancellations made after this date will result in no refund.

3. Deposit Options: If you choose to pay a deposit of $1200 you have two options:

• 1 - Via bank transfer: email admin@worlddoctor.com to ensure room availability. On confirmation you can deposit the funds into the above World Doctor Trust account:
• 2 - Via our online credit card option:  email admin@worlddoctor.com to ensure room availability. On confirmation you can select the Pay Deposit ONLY option online. 

All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the event date, which is December 13, 2024. If you want to pay the remaining balance via our online portal using a credit card we will provide you a coupon that will reduce the deposit amount already paid.
