MYNDCRAFT - Cannabis - The forgotten "Teacher" Plant
I have been solely working with and prescribing medicinal cannabis for the last 5 years. The health benefits I’ve seen have been unbelievable. More recently, however, I have been working on using cannabis in a similar modality to more traditional psychedelics like mushrooms and ayahuasca. Cannabis can give the subconscious shift needed to allow people to go deeper inside by unlocking their default mode network of thinking.
By doing this, previously suppressed feelings, memories, and emotions from the past can come to the surface, allowing the person to sometimes have some "breakthrough" moments, thus helping them to move forward with their own mental health struggles. Myself and two extremely well-trained psychotherapists, Nigel Denning and Tra-ill Dowie, conducted a small 4-person trial in Melbourne last year, and the results, although only a small cohort, were outstanding.
I have developed this process into what I now call "MYNDCRAFT (My Neural Development Craft)" and have been working with several psychologists and counsellors who have implemented MYNDCRAFT techniques and are achieving astonishing results. I am regularly told that one MYNDCRAFT session can achieve in 2 hours what would normally take up to 10 years with didactic therapy. I would like to present these results and show and explain to the audience how cannabis, while more subtle than the other psychedelics, can be used in the same way.
***** If you like, I could also do a mass MYNDCRAFT session one night for any of the attendees who are interested. The full MYNDCRAFT journey takes about 3 hours from start to finish. It’s truly amazing, and I love hosting and sitting for groups of people and facilitating this beautiful experience. Cannabis is legal through a prescriber like myself, so there would be no legal issues. Anyway, just a thought ***.
Thanks :)
