Phoenix Onesong
Movement Facilitator/ Teacher Trainer
Phoenix advocates for "embodied doses" in the realm of plant medicine, supported by ritual, ceremony, and an understanding of prayer and somatic practices. She believes these elements are foundational to cultivating long-lasting, balanced relationships with self, others, and the wider web of life. Her work emphasizes thorough pre- and post-ceremony integration, along with creating safely held spaces where deep personal and transpersonal transformation can unfold.
As a guide and ceremonialist, Phoenix dedicates herself to creating spaces for people to connect and co-create, honoring each person's unique role in our shared journey and in shifting the current paradigm. She weaves her passions—dance, truth-speaking, ritual, and ceremony—with her love for nature and community, empowering others to step fully into their purpose and contribute to the collective tapestry of life.
With a Master’s in Education and Creative Arts in Learning, Phoenix serves as co-director of Dancing Freedom and is both an empowerment and psychedelic integration coach. Phoenix has facilitated experiences for thousands across the globe, including in the USA, Japan, Australia, Central/South America, and Bali.

Dancing Freedom: You are the Medicne
Dancing Freedom is a somatic, ecstatic, and ceremonial dance journey guided by deep global beats and mind-altering sonic frequencies. This movement practice supports the reawakening of embodied wholeness, inviting each of us to embrace and welcome all parts of ourselves into the dance of life.
Together, in community, we dance an elemental wave, attuning to the building blocks of the universe within and around us: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Moving with these elements, we co-create a safe and sacred space for YOU to experience your true nature, honoring the wisdom that lives within your body.
The theme, "You Are the Medicine," reminds us that each of us carries inside of us a unique essence and capacity for profound transformation. What if what you truly seek is not something external but an innate part of who you are? Through movement, ritual, and ceremony, we awaken to this inner medicine, tapping into our own deep reserves of strength, resilience, and joy. We discover that our bodies, our breath, and our emotions are guides, leading us back to the wisdom of our true selves.
As we step into this dance ceremony, we shift from ordinary time into mythic time, where dance itself becomes medicine. Through embodied prayer and intentional movement, we open to our felt senses and weave new realities—for ourselves, for each other, and for all our relations. We dance to remember: we are already whole, we are connected, and we are the exact medicine for these times in transition.
